Unfortunately the negative development of the US Dollar vs. the Euro has continued over the last few weeks and Swarovski is forced to make an adjustment to their currency surcharge. Please be advised that the new currency surcharge will be +23% effective May 16th, 2011.

Swarovski is aware that any price increase in this economic environment is very sensitive and we would like to emphasize that the new surcharge is still significantly below what the actual surcharge would be, based on today’s exchange rate. Swarovski’s goal remains to continue to offer price stability and to avoid any erratic price changes. However, due to the increasing volatility of the US currency, Swarovski will have to review the surcharge policy at least on a monthly basis until the situation improves.

Har-Man will continue to send out email notifications with any updates we receive from Swarovski on future price or currency surcharge adjustments.

***All orders shipped May 16 or after will reflect the new currency rate. Additionally, any open backorders will be adjusted to this new rate.***
